Welcome to the new online payment portal for your City of Visalia utility bill. You will not be able to use the new portal until you receive your first new bill or receive an email or letter from us. These bills will arrive in mid-January to late January, which have enrollment instructions.
Starting January 1st, Visalia has changed our utility billing system and the online payment portal as well. If you had a Fathom online account for payment, you can re-create your online utility account and manage payments here.
Before You Re-Enroll
Before you can restart your online account access, you will need a customer number and invoice number that is printed on your upcoming utility bill. Once you have this information, you may sign-up at this new online payment portal. See below for how the top of your new bill will look, and where to find your account number and customer number. Payments can also be made by visiting our walk-in customer service center at 707 W. Acequia Ave, Visalia, CA 93291 from 8AM to 4PM Monday through Friday or by calling the phone number below.
Late charges will be waived for January to allow time to receive the new city bill and re-enroll in the new online payment portal.
